A story, honestly

Everyone in Portosera is invented. Their words, photos and voices are made by AI. Portosera is for adults, 18 and over. It is a story: not a real person, not a therapist, not an emergency service.

Are they real people?

No. Every character is fictional. Their messages, photos and voice notes are made by AI.

Can I meet them?

Only inside the story. Invitations lead to illustrated scenes in the app, never meetings outside it.

Is Portosera free?

It’s free to download. Gems, the app’s currency, and the Pass are optional purchases through Apple or Google.

What is the Pass? How do I cancel?

An optional weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. Benefits and prices appear before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting the app or account does not cancel it.

What happens to my data?

Your messages are processed to create the story. You can view and delete character memories, and turn off new ones. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and for how long.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Tu, then Privacy e account, then Elimina l’account. Cancel any active Pass separately in your store settings.
